Laser cutting
Using our laser systems, we cut your required contours under CNC control in a range of sheet thicknesses and material grades.
Whether for prototypes or series production, laser cutting is cost-effective and delivers superior quality, as no tool changes are required and there is no tool wear.
We produce large batches cost-effectively and without manual intervention using automatic loading and unloading systems. We employ the highest possible level of automation, with finished components being cut from raw sheet metal and stacked fully automatically on pallets.
Sheet metal permanently held in stock:
• Structural steels: S235JRG, S355NC 1–20 mm
• High-alloy stainless steel: 1.4301 1–15 mm
• High-strength steels: Hardox 500, S700 3–20 mm
• Case-hardening steel: 16MnCr5 1–8 mm
Bending
Use our modern CNC-controlled press brakes to manufacture your components.
Components up to 3,500 mm wide can be bent using a press force of up to 2,300 kN.
A wide range of bending radii and flange profiles can be achieved using different press brake tools.
CNC technology makes it possible to bend even complex components in a single operation.
