Laser cutting
Using our CNC-controlled laser systems, we cut your required contours in various sheet thicknesses and grades.
Whether for prototypes or series production, laser cutting is always cost-effective and delivers superior quality, as no tool changes are required and there is no tool wear.
We produce large series cost-effectively and unmanned using automatic loading and unloading units. We use the highest possible level of automation. From the raw sheet to the fully cut component, the process is fully automated right through to pallet stacking.
Sheet metal stock permanently available:
• Structural steels: S235 JRG, S355NC 1–20 mm
• High-alloy stainless steel: 1.4301 1–15 mm
• High-strength steels: Hardox 500, S700 3–20 mm
• Case-hardening steel: 16MnCr5 1–8 mm
Parts up to a size of 2,998 mm x 1,498 mm
can be manufactured.
Bending
By using different press brake tools, a wide range of bending radii and edge forms can be achieved.
CNC technology makes it possible to bend even complex components in a single work sequence.
