PEGASUS Large Area Flail Shredder

The SAUERBURGER PEGASUS large area flail shredder, with its large working widths from 6.30 m to 9.50 m, provides high area output and fast, cost-effective operation on large fields. Its excellent shredding quality ensures rapid decomposition and humus formation. The machine consists of three mulching heads that can adapt flexibly and independently to the ground, even on uneven terrain. For road transport, the two outer mulching heads are hydraulically folded upwards from the tractor. This eliminates the need for additional conversion time for transport.

Optimally shredded maize stalk

The maize stubble is completely shredded and does not remain partially unprocessed in the field because it is inaccessible to the mulcher below ground level. Since the mulching process takes place immediately after chopping, the influence of disruptive factors such as overnight moisture is also eliminated, ensuring the best possible mulching result at all times.

Bei einer Gesamtbreite von bis zu 9,5 m kann eine max. Transporthöhe von 4 m gewährleistet werden:
Durch Kombinaton von H-Schwingen und Verschiebeschlitten, die sich beim Anheben der Mulchköpfe selbstständig absenken.

Die Stabile H-Schwinge überträgt die am Mulchkopf entstehenden Vorschubkräfe auf den Dreipunkttragrahmen.

Robuster Antrieb

Der groß dimensionierte Keilriemenantrieb und das Verteilergetriebe erlauben eine max. dauerhafte Eingangsleitung bis zu max. 500 PS sauerburger-pegasus-mulcher-rahmen-antrieb

Hubbegrenzung zum Maschinenschutz

Um Schäden an der Maschine zu verhindern, werden bei aktivierter Hubbegrenzung die Mulchköpfe nur leicht angehoben, wodurch ein unbeabsichtigtes Zusammenklappen der Mulchköpfe unterbunden wird.

BEKA Zentralschmieranlage (optional)

Über die Zentralschmieranlage werden alle Schmierstellen in vorgegebenen Intervallen automatisch mit Fett versorgt. Die Wartung der Maschine wird so wesentlich erleichtert und die Lebensdauer der schmierpflichtigen Komponenten verlängert.
