Easy bedding – controlled, time-saving and dust-reduced

Suitable for bedding materials such as sawdust and wood shavings, separated slurry, compost or chopped straw with residual stalk lengths of 10 to 15 cm, as well as other bedding materials.

SAUERBURGER Bedding Device EG

With the SAUERBURGER EG bedding device, you can create a comfortable and stable bedding layer for your animals from chopped straw, sawdust or other suitable loose materials without manual effort – simply while driving past.

Robust construction

The SAUERBURGER EG bedding device features a robust sheet-steel construction with two torsion-resistant mounting beams at the rear. The front or loading side consists of a Hardox scraper edge and two support profiles, providing exceptional rigidity to the front section. The side walls widen towards the outside. Two reinforcing ribs on each side further increase the strength and durability of the entire construction.

Thanks to its numerous adjustment options, the machine is one of the most versatile in its field of application:

  • The speed of the conveyor belt – two basic speeds through different sprockets is standard equipment
  • Number of tines (in pairs, individually or without tines)
  • The width of the ejection chute can be adjusted via the sliding plates with slotted hole.
